Ellie had a rough holiday season! She was found hiding in a garage with an injury to her leg, which had to be amputated. She was also sick and had ear mites. This sweet baby has weathered all of this without losing her hope in people. After surgery, she went to a foster home to recover and was very scared for a few days. Once she realized she was safe and starting to feel better, she became a purr machine and loved to get affection. She seems to like toys, but is still learning how to play as a tripod. She is comfortable around calm dogs and loves to snuggle with other cats.
