Lexi is a pint-sized vixen who wants to be your one and only love. She's the kind of short girl who will hop in the truck at the drop of a hat and go for a ride with you, but let any other girls make eyes at you, and she starts getting spicy. Her toxic traits include loving her human too much, a strong anti- children policy, and like many short girls, she may bite if pushed. 

 
In all seriousness, Lexi is a fun little dog who needs a very particular kind of human and home.
1) No kids
2) Lexi is a fear biter. She has one minor skinbreak bite (a heel) on her record. If you have a gentle hand and limit her interactions with strangers, this won't be an issue for you.
3) Other dogs are ok, but there may be some growling at first
4) Cats are cool, assertive cats are even better. She might chase them if they run.
5) She's crate trained and house trained, so no worries in that department
6) Lexi needs a home with a secure fence

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Dogs (5 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for heartworms and Lyme disease, and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), bordetella and rabies vaccinations.

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Puppies (under 5 months of age): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs , at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed , and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), and rabies vaccinations. Puppies under 4 months of age will be placed into our foster to adopt program until the above services are met.
