Cheddar had a rough start at the Humane Society. The stress of the new environment and being in a cage, made him stop eating and drinking. After a couple of days at the hospital he went to his foster home that offered him quiet and calm space, with his own little human, to recover and regain his strength. Once better he was released into the house to meet all the other animals (cats, dogs) and he did great. He continued eating and drinking and he enjoyed the company of his foster family. He tried to make friends with some of their cats who weren't interested and  were a little mean to him. He just walked away and found his place to relax in. He did make friend with some of the baby cats and played a lot but gently with them. He is affectionate and sweet. He his eager to share his love with animals and humans, and would make a great companion.
