Frank was found in the aftermath of the Tornados in Stamping Ground, KY. He had a terrible URI and damaged vision in one eye. We don't know how long he was alone, but he was barely clinging on to life. He was so scared and shy. It took him quite awhile to come out of his shell. But once he did, we learned quickly that Frank inherited a bit of that tornados personality! He is a very playful cat who seems to have ceaseless energy. Thanks to Franks boundless energy, getting pictures of him has been proven to be near impossible! Frank is extremely sweet and loves his people. He will even give kisses! That being said, Frank absolutely needs a home with at least one other cat to play with as he is always on the go. Frank can be a bit much at times and is still learning hands and feet aren't toys (toys like flirt poles for redirection will be a must!), so children in the home should know how to respect animals and give them space when needed. This little guy would love to come home with you! He is so grateful to be alive, and intends to live every day to the fullest!
