Evie is a bouncing ball of energy looking for a home that will appreciate her love and energy.  Evie hasn’t met a person or animal she doesn’t love.  Children are her absolute favorite and a must in her forever home.  Evie was born with severe luxating patellas in both rear legs.  The vets were able to repair her right leg to an extent, but her left is too severe to repair.  Evie gets along just fine and doesn’t let this slow her down.  At some point in her life she will likely suffer from arthritis due to her deformity.  We are asking for her forever home for it to be one level and minimal steps getting in and out because she has trouble with stairs and we don’t know what her arthritis will be like long term.

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Dogs (5 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for heartworms and Lyme disease, and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), bordetella and rabies vaccinations.

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Puppies (under 5 months of age): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs , at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed , and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), and rabies vaccinations. Puppies under 4 months of age will be placed into our foster to adopt program until the above services are met.
