Evans story starts when he was just a wee little man. At a mere 4 weeks old, his momma never came back for him and his and littermates. As the runt of the litter, this was even more crucial. Evan started his foster journey being supplemented with a bottle, as gaining weight was hard and he just wasn’t ready to grow up and be an independent boy yet. As the days passed, Evan got stronger, and chunkier, till one day he was no different from his siblings! Evan isn’t great at being a “cat” and really needs a playful teenage cat or a confident kitten to help to continue showing him the ropes while still providing him with a playmate. Evan does not tolerate humans being around and not paying attention to him and will climb you in order to get your attention. Evan LOVES wet food and he loves playing with his kibble (which he does eat, he just makes a mess with it in the process!).

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Cats (6 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all cats, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for FeLV /FIV, microchipped, current on booster(s) and rabies vaccinations, de-wormed, flea treated, and checked/treated for ear mites.
