Hi, I'm Gryffin! I hope you are here because you thought my picture is pretty, I worked really hard on perfecting the angle. I do have to tell you, I am shy. Like.... really shy! I'll have to put you through some tests to make sure you love me enough for me to trust you. I will hide anywhere I deem fit. You may go a little crazy trying to find me but maybe the fact I'm hiding, laughing at you will make it funny to you too! Once I warm up to you I will stay out and about more often, and I'm sure by this point we've run through our list of possible hiding spots anyway! Once I decide you are worthy of love, I will give you my whole heart. All I'll ask of you at that point is for a warm lap to rest in and some good head rubs. I don't mind the other cats in my foster home at all. I don't want to play with them because I'd rather relax on my own, but as long as they are nice to me I am nice to them. While I don't mind the cats, I'm not a fan of the dogs, they are just a little too big for me to trust them as a fellow four legged friend. I'd likely do okay with a small dog as long as it respected my space. 

Gryffin is a healthy cat, but is FIV positive. This simply means that his immune system might be a little weaker than other cats, but he can still live a long and normal life. FIV can only be passed through a deep bite wound, so as long as cats get along he poses no threat to others. Any ailments or illnesses will need to be treated promptly, as my body cannot fight them off the way other cats can.
