Howdy y'all! I'm Copper D...I'm pretty sure "D" stands for "De-lightful!" Everyone that I meet tells me that I'm a handsome and sweet boy and it really makes me smile. I love playing with other dogs and snuggling up super-close to everyone. I'm still in my goofy puppy phase, so a big box of toys and big bones to chew on keeps me happy enough to leave  most  of the other things around the house alone. My foster family says I'm super-smart and I've picked up on potty training nearly 100%. I am a good boy in my crate and am learning how to sit on command and walk nicely on a leash. I like to sniff and try to get the cats to play with me, but am learning to just leave them alone because they can't keep up with a high-energy pup like me. I think kids are amazing and fun but I'm still learning to not jump up, mouth, and chase them when they run. For that reason, I'd do best in a home with kids 5yrs and up who can help remind me of those rules and also because I think all stuffed animals are toys for me. I would love a home with another friendly pup to play with and/or other ways to work out my puppy energy. I'm on-track to be the World's Best workout partner and cuddling buddy. Come meet me and see how absolutely De-lightful I am!
