Heyyyy my name is Alfie!! I’m a very sweet and energetic boy who needs plenty of exercise. I adore playing fetch because I’m quite good at it. I love absolutely everything I come in contact with but I’m super excited basically all the time so I do need some work on my manners because I’m a pretty big boy and I shouldn’t be jumping all over everyone and everything but I have so much pent up energy I need to release. I’d love a family who can dedicate time and energy in helping me let out all of my craziness outside so I can come inside and relax on the couch. My only major issue is that no one ever taught me not to be mean over food, so I will guard my food when it comes to other dogs and this can cause problems but my foster mom found a solution! I eat in my crate while my foster sisters in their crate and it works out perfectly!! SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Dogs (5 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for heartworms and Lyme disease, and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), bordetella and rabies vaccinations.

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Puppies (under 5 months of age): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs , at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed , and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), and rabies vaccinations. Puppies under 4 months of age will be placed into our foster to adopt program until the above services are met.
