Silas seems to be a wise kitty with a lot of years under his belt. He has learned through his life to approach new situations with a calm curiosity. He quietly greets new cat friends and explores the space before curling up in a prime location. He is happy to get a little attention and will reciprocate with head butts, hand nuzzles, and little tiny finger licks. This sweet, sweet boy still has a lot of love to give and would love to be a part of your home.

Like a lot of old guys, Silas has a few health issues. He has a heart murmer and kidney disease. He requires a prescription food for the kidney disease, but isn't on any medications.

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Cats (6 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all cats, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for FeLV /FIV, microchipped, current on booster(s) and rabies vaccinations, de-wormed, flea treated, and checked/treated for ear mites.
