Hi! I'm Woodford and so named because I'm like a shot of good bourbon that will warm you up and make you smile and laugh. I'm not sure how I ended up at the shelter, but I have been making lots of friends and showing off my good manners in my foster home. I absolutely adore people of all ages, love other dogs, and I mostly ignore cats. I behave so well in the house without a crate, but can settle into one when needed. I love toys, walks, romping around with my other doggie friends and I'm really hoping to find another playmate to snuggle and share toys with in my forever home; especially because I get very sad when I'm left alone. My foster family is always telling me that I'm such a good boy and I love working for treats and learning new things. I can't wait for someone to teach me more tricks! I'm already potty trained, play gently, do great on car rides, and have mostly learned to stay off the furniture. I'm still a puppy with lots of energy and would love to be active with you, but I'm just as quick to lay my head on your lap for ear rubs and relax at your feet. I know if we get a chance to meet, you will be smitten!
