Hello, my name is Jacques Winston. I am around 10 weeks old. We have not been able to figure out what breed I am yet, but I will be a large dog because I have massive paws.

I am a floof ball puppy. I love to chase butterflies and play fetch. I love chewing on all dog toys. I also love to chew on sticks and run around in the yard. My foster family has a three-year-old Border Collie that I like to chase.

I am good with kids and with all people. I have not met anyone that I dislike. I get along really good with other animals, but I might bark at first. I am overall a quiet dog except when I get really excited and start playing hard. I also bark when someone first comes in the house but I quiet down very quickly.

My foster family is working to house train me. I am making good progress and need a family who is going to be patient and teach me what is right and wrong. I sleep in a kennel at night and don't make any noises until it's morning and I need to be let out to go potty. I also go to the kennel during the day when I need a nap.

I am a very laid-back easy-going pup. I am looking for a family that is going to let me grow up and show me lots of love. I love having my belly scratched. I also like sitting outside in the yard and chewing on sticks.

Our pets are fostered in volunteers' homes, not at a shelter facility. If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, please fill out one of our dog adoption applications ( www.sc4paws.org/forms)  and an adoption counselor will contact you with more details and to schedule a meet and greet. We do adopt out of state. Dogs/puppies are already neutered/spayed, temperament tested, microchipped, current on all vaccines, tested for heartworms and Lyme disease, and treated for internal parasites and flea/tick preventative  prior to adoption.
