Rules for owning a mini-dictator:

     1.  Realize you are no longer in control of anything in the house.

     2.  Must be willing to stop doing whatever you are doing when pets and being held are demanded.

    3.  Must offer canned cat food at least once a day, but when demanded is much preferred.

   4.  Be willing to surrender your softest blanket to Rosey when she feels the need to cuddle with the blanket.

   5.  Offer canned food daily.

   6.  Adopt her brother Joey with her as she is very bonded with him.

Rosey is the sweetest kitten ever.  Rosey loves to be held and to have someone talk to her.  Rosey is a companion cat and must have another kitten or cat as her friend.  She’s in a foster home with other kittens, but prefers to play and snuggle with her brother Joey.  Rosey and Joey would make an awesome pair for a family to adopt.  Rosey is sweet, affection, and playful.  Rosey dearly loves to be fed wet cat food and will talk to you to remind you when she needs to be fed it if you are late feeding her.  Rosey gets along great with other cats and cat friendly dogs.

Prior to being placed up for adoption, all cats (5 months and older), at minimum, receive a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative for FeLuk/FIV, microchipped, current on booster(s) and Rabies vaccination, de-wormed, and flea treated, and checked and treated for ear mites if needed.
