Meet Ace, he is the winningest dog in our deck! He appears to be a corgi mix and we estimate him at 2 years young! Ace weighs 43 pound and walks well on a leash, but was found wandering several hours away from Georgetown. A Good Samaritan decided to help him before he ended up getting run over or worse.
So, we stepped in to make sure he is well, given shots and medical attention and to neuter him. 
He is blackish brown with white markings and is quiet and well mannered in a crate. It will take him a little time to adjust after having lived on his own for a while, but he is happy and wagging his tail to be safe!
He gets along with other nice dogs and has slept with a cat in his rescuers home.

 

 

Adoption fee: $200 (includes 6% State Sales Tax)   
 
Our pets are fostered in volunteers' homes, not at a shelter facility. If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, please fill out one of our dog adoption applications ( www.sc4paws.org/forms)  and an adoption counselor will contact you with more details and to schedule a meet and greet. We do adopt out of state. Dogs/puppies are already neutered/spayed, temperament tested, microchipped, current on all vaccines, tested for heartworms and Lyme disease, and treated for internal parasites and flea/tick preventative  prior to adoption.
