Dexter is a happy, go lucky 2 year old lab mix, weighing about 40 lbs.
He is the sweetest little boy you will ever meet. He is amazing around kids, babies, other dogs, cats, and even ferrets! He is a wonderful family dog and was very well behaved for his old family- whether it was for his 12 year old kid or 92 year old great-grandma. 

Dexter naturally has a very calm personalty- but he does love a good run or fetch session! He would be happy in a home where he gets to take walks daily/has a park to go to, or has a yard to play in. He will need a tall fence (above 4') if kept in a yard as he has been known to climb short fences. Dexter is crate trained, house trained, and has his basic commands down - he is a very smart boy!  He will happily do anything for some peanut butter or a good head scratch. He just wants to be a good boy in a loving home
