Flash is a playful 2-year-old, 20 lb. Beagle. He is a sweet boy with a gentle nature.  He does need a home with lots of love and patience where his self-confidence will be boosted.  He is fearful of humans, but is coming around.  Once he overcomes his fear of people, he will be a wonderful addition to any family but this will take a lot of time and patience.  He loves to play with other dogs.  He is at his happiest outside running, jumping, and playing with other dogs.  He would do best in a household with another dog.   This little boy has probably had a scary past, he deserves a chance at a happy life with someone who is willing to take the time to earn his trust. Adoption fee: $200 (includes 6% State Sales Tax)    Our pets are fostered in volunteers' homes, not at a shelter facility. We do adopt out of state. Dogs/puppies are already neutered/spayed, temperament tested, microchipped, current on all vaccines, tested for heartworms and Lyme disease, and treated for internal parasites and flea/tick preventative  prior to adoption.
