Penumbra name comes from astronomy and means "partial shadow." He's ready to be your shadow and your best friend! Penumbra is an outgoing guy who loves to play. He was recently returned to us from a prior adoption due to no fault on his paper. When he was previously in foster care he did fine around other cats and the cat-friendly dog in his foster home. Penumbra is very affectionate and people-centered and also absolutely loves to play fetch with catnip mice and foam balls.

SCHS Foster Veterinary care and services: 

Prior to being placed up for adoption, all cats (5 months and older), at minimum, receive a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative for FeLuk/FIV, microchipped, current on booster(s) and Rabies vaccination, de-wormed, and flea treated, and checked and treated for ear mites if needed.
