This is Beau. Beau is a Rat Terrier mix, that weighs  around 19 lb and is about 1.5 years old. He is full of energy and loves to play. He can actually jump from the floor into your arms. He has even done some flips off the couch. He loves to lick, hug, snuggle, and run in circles. Beau is very loyal and if he chooses you, he will stay by your side the whole day long. He is looking for somebody that wants to love him furever.

Beau gets a little jealous. I would not recommend him for a family with very young children, 8 and over would be best. Beau is fine around cats and a little timid around dogs at first. It took him about two hours to warm up to our Border Collie but they have been running, jumping, and wrestling ever since. Beau is neutered, microchipped, all of his shots are up-to-date, and he is housebroken. He is quiet in the house and only barks when there is a knock at the door. He sleeps in the kennel at night and will go to the kennel when we call for it. He loves squeaky toys and playing catch.
