Lowe is a male mixed breed small dog, possibly Chihuahua / Jack Russell maybe dachshund also. He is one year old and weighs approximately 12 lbs.  He gets along with other dogs but, he prefers to be with people. He has not been around children or cats in his foster home but, he has not been aggressive with other dogs or people. He follows his primary person everywhere and likes to be within visual range of that person most of the time. He loves to be held and petted and he likes to wear sweaters.  He will sleep in a doggie bed but prefers to sleep in bed with his person. He likes to have his person go outside with him to potty.  He seems fearful of not being let back inside.  He is happiestin his persons lap. Thus, the perfect lap dog.
