Noel is a sweet young adult chihuahua mix. He is very timid at first but quickly warms up to you with some patience. Noel does not mind cats and is okay around dogs as long as they give him space to relax and get to know them. Noel does fine around children but with how timid he is we would prefer the home to have older children or no children at all.
