Carl is a classic tabby with a big personality. He is looking for a best friend who enjoys giving and receiving a lot of love. His foster mom believes that he spent a lot of time fending for himself and fighting off bullies so he is learning to live a more domestic life with SCHS. This means he may sometimes get into things he shouldn't (he finds unraveling toilet paper rolls just fascinating!), but he is learning and soaks up every bit of attention he can. Because of his unstable past, change is hard on him. We think he may be afraid of being abandoned again. He is slow to trust other animals, but when given some time he gets along fine with other dogs and cats. He does like to be a dominant male so a home with a female or submissive male may be best. A home with children would also be ideal. He doesn't mind being carried around and he loves to play!

Adoption fee: Carl has a sponsor so his adoption fee is only $25.00
